Allen Kent, Owner, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning

Since 1954 Kent Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing for much of Northwest Indiana's indoor comfort and energy-efficiency needs. Allen Kent is the second generation owner of the family-owned business, founded by parents Jim and Norma Kent. Today, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning employs 17 trained and experienced professionals.

Since 1993, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning has received the prestigious Lennox Centurion Award for Dealer Excellence. The Centurion is awarded to the top 1% of Lennox Dealers in each of the three North America sales regions. Kent Heating has also earned the “Lennox Premier Dealer” designation annually since the program inception, which recognizes Lennox dealers that consistently receive superior customer satisfaction ratings as graded by an independent third party ratings firm.

Governor's Half Century Award by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels and Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman in a ceremony at the State Capitol in January, 2006.

2009 Presidential Award from the Porter County Builders Association (now renamed the Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana).
