When you call Kent Heating and Air Conditioning, our Sales Support Specialist will gladly schedule a convenient time for you to meet with one of our knowledgeable Comfort Consultants, each with installation experience and over 25 years of experience with Kent Heating and Air. Your Comfort Specialist will listen to you to discover what goals you want to achieve with your investment, and will then investigate your home to find additional energy savings, comfort, and health benefits you can achieve. He or she may even recommend an infiltrometer blower door test to find any “hidden problems” that can be costing your family hundreds, or thousands, of dollars per year.

After your Comfort Consultant completes the fact-finding investigation, he or she will present different solutions to you to meet your needs, your budget, and your schedule. When we say we are going to be there, we will be there, and we will install your system as promised. Our professional, factory-trained installation technicians take pride in their quality installations of new furnaces, air conditioners, filtration systems, humidifiers, boilers, dehumidifiers, custom fabricated sheet metal duct systems, and repairs to existing homes and duct systems. Kent's installation technicians answer any questions you may have, explain the operation and maintenance of your new system, and will also clean up their work areas prior to leaving the job.
